Life & Transitional Coaching
Life coaching is a partnership. It is a collaborative process. Life is full of transitions, and they often bring challenges and opportunities that will push us out of our comfort zone. It can come with stress, challenges, and uncertainty. We will need to adapt, adjust, and shift perspectives to have the clarity to work toward the goals we want to accomplish.
In our work together, we will reverse engineer a plan that will begin by setting future-based goals. We will discuss potential barriers and create a solution-focused plan to overcome obstacles, work towards a goal, or build new habits.
